Enjoy Call Drivers provides on-demand driver booking services for private and corporate clients. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

Booking & Cancellations

  • Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our website.

  • We request at least 1 hour notice for scheduling.

  • Cancellations within 30 minutes of the scheduled time may attract a cancellation fee.

 

 

Driver Conduct

  • All drivers are verified and trained.

  • If you face any issue, report it to our support team immediately.

 

 

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup and drop details.

  • Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and has valid documents.

  • Treat the driver with respect.

 

Payments

  • Charges may vary based on hours, distance, or special requests.

  • Payment must be made directly after service via cash, UPI, or other accepted modes.

 

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to traffic or weather

  • Items lost in the car

  • Vehicle damage caused by third parties
